The School.....
The Ummat Public School was established in 1989 by the 'Island Islamic Foundation' and is a minority recognized institution.
The main aim of the school is to provide Excellent and Quality Education to the students of these Islands.
Although the School is a Muslim Co-educational institution , the school is open for all the communities without any discrimination of caste, creed or religion.
The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education -CBSE, New Delhi. The medium of instruction is English with Hindi ,Urdu and Tamil as second and third languages.
